The Core Technology of IBC Container Cleaning Equipment:
The cleaning process relies on a programmable logic controller that orchestrates six valves and two variable-frequency pumps. Stage one: low-pressure pre-rinse (30 bar) removes loose solids. Stage two: high-pressure caustic wash (150 bar) at 75°C, recirculated for 90 seconds. Stage three: intermediate drain and air scour. Stage four: acid rinse (1% citric) at 50°C for 60 seconds to neutralize remaining alkali. Stage five: final deionized water rinse. Stage six: heated air blow-off (80°C) through the same rotating nozzle assembly. A differential pressure switch across the filter alerts operators when the strainer requires cleaning. The rotating jet head uses tungsten carbide orifices to resist abrasive particles.
