This aluminum alloy container side box plate welding cobot assembly line integrates a high-precision laser positioning and dual-robot collaborative welding system. Through distributed vision guidance, it achieves sub-millimeter-level automated assembly of side plates and reinforcing ribs. Its pioneering "dynamic trajectory compensation algorithm" can correct aluminum plate thermal deformation errors in real time. Combined with a pulsed MIG welding machine and dual-pulse collaborative technology, it reduces the porosity of 6-series aluminum alloy welding to below 0.3%. The entire welding cobot assembly line adopts a modular and flexible design, supporting mixed-flow production of different plate thicknesses from 3-12mm. It is equipped with a distributed temperature field monitoring and real-time weld morphology analysis system, enabling full lifecycle traceability of welding quality.
